河南顺之航能源科技有限公司坐落于河南商丘城乡一体化示范区境内，厂房面积达3万平方米左右。公司注册资金1亿元，总投资4亿元，公司拥有3条全自动锂离子动力电池生产线和3条全自动电池包组装线，单体电池年生产能力达到15亿瓦时，电池组年生产能力达到13亿瓦时。公司集技术研发、生产、经营为一体，与具有领先锂电池生产技术的国外研发团队共同组建，专业生产高能量密度动力锂离子电池及电池组系统。公司进行全自动化的生产管理， 实现对生产电池全过程的数据联网监控和电池全批次的数据追溯查询；团队有着丰富的电池应用经验，能配合对接市场电池多样化需求。
公司研发团队采用锂电池的技术开发出的电池，具有能量密度高、高温储藏性能好、循环性能优、使用寿命长等特点，基本解决了高低温下电池充放电等关键性问题，同时研制开发的产品超低温性能处于领先水平，在-40℃环境下可大电流放电；在-55℃环境下可小电流正常放电。产品特别适用于北方的寒冷环境下仪器、军用武器等领域。电池组系统采用新的生产技术，降低电池的成本，保证了公司生产的产品处于领先水平。目前已与奇瑞汽车和郑州日产等汽车企业合作，所开发的纯电动车型已通过国家汽车公告、新能源补贴、免购置税目录等。
